The Antico Borgo

Antico Borgo San Lorenzo is a complex located a few kilometres from San Gimignano. The property was purchased in the 1990s by the Bandini family, who restored it while maintaining the original charm of the buildings. The old farmhouse, pigsty, hayloft, barn and manor house are now elegant residences where you can spend relaxing days between a walk in Siena and a visit to Florence.

Antique furniture, terracotta floors and wood panelling give the rooms an elegant touch of rusticity. Available to guests are 9 apartments, accommodating from 2 to 8 people, each with private entrance, private outdoor green area and 3 double bedrooms with bathroom. Antico Borgo San Lorenzo also offers B&B accommodation.

Villa Rosa Bianca

Located on the first floor of the manor house, above the restaurant, ‘Villa Rosa Bianca’ is a completely independent villa with its own private garden. The 140-square-metre apartment consists of four double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed), a single bedroom, a spacious living room, a large kitchen and three bathrooms with bath and shower. The villa can therefore accommodate a maximum of 10 people. During the renovation phase, in order to respect the structure, it was not possible to install air conditioning.

The interiors, photographed by architects from international magazines, have been furnished with particular care in traditional Tuscan style. The bathrooms are lined with precious Vietri majolica and handmade tiles. Guests at Villa Rosa Bianca can make use of a pleasant outdoor gazebo.

Chalet

The old barn, which has been completely renovated, has become an independent chalet. Consisting of 2 double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a French sofa bed in the living room, the chalet can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.  Guests will have 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a private garden.

All apartments of this type have air conditioning and their own private garden; they can accommodate 4 or 5 people.
All the apartments of this typology are furnished according to the traditional Tuscan style, equipped with comfortable living rooms and kitchens with external equipped areas. The views are spectacular, allowing you to fully ‘experience’ the scents and colours of the Tuscan countryside.

Our 3 one-bedroom flats are ideal for couples or families of 3 as some of them have the possibility of adding a third bed.
All accommodations have a comfortable living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bathtub and air conditioning. The private, furnished garden is a real extension of the house, where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.
